THE EXPERIENCE
What is IDEA VR?
By placing users in realistic, first-person scenarios, we facilitate experiential learning that promotes equitable decision-making and inclusivity. These lessons support the larger diversity, equity, and inclusion goals of organizations, enabling a more holistic understanding of inclusivity and its implementation in daily interactions.
This 10-module course is designed to provide an introduction to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Not only do users learn about DEI, they also encounter contextualized simulations to practice addressing issues regarding DEI. By leveraging immersive technology the stories become realistic, allowing an adaptive learning experience. These immersive learning experiences can be experienced in virtual reality (VR) or in a browser.

THE MISSION
The Unbiasing Umbrella
In today's diverse workplace, understanding and navigating the nuances of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is paramount. Unbiasing is the process of identifying and mitigating unconscious biases—prejudiced beliefs or stereotypes that influence our decisions and actions without our awareness. In a world where diversity and inclusion are paramount, unbiasing plays a crucial role in ensuring that our judgments and behaviors are fair, equitable, and free from hidden prejudices. By actively engaging in unbiasing, individuals and organizations can foster environments where every voice is heard, and every decision is made with clarity and fairness.
Research suggests that even highly educated managers in organizations may struggle to support diverse groups without the authentic practice of interpersonal skills in sticky situations. Our immersive environments simulate real-world scenarios where users can practice developing interpersonal skills by authentically practicing communication and relationship-building. These micro-learning sessions support an adaptive experience, as users can fail in a safe environment, learning as much from their failures as their successes.

With a legacy spanning eight years, SeeBoundless has been at the vanguard of immersive digital media, pioneering numerous "firsts" at the crossroads of storytelling and technology.
Together, we've developed a groundbreaking VR curriculum. Leveraging professional actors, cutting-edge research, and engaging scripts, we've introduced a "choose your own adventure" style of learning. This partnership is not just about content creation; it's about redefining education, fostering understanding, and bridging the gaps in our diverse world.
